On October 10-13th, 2010, the Zeta chapter of Sigma Kappa will be holding our annual Ultra-Violet Days. Ultra-Violet Days is a weeklong philanthropic event benefitting the Alzheimer's Association and primarily, Sigma Kappa Foundation. This year, events include a Corn Toss Tournament and Barbeque, an Eating Contest and the SK Throwback Lipsync, as well as penny wars, a raffle and a Campus Fresh fundraiser.
Last year, the Zeta chapter was able to raise $14,000 for both the Sigma Kappa Foundation and the Alzheimer's Association with the help of the ten fraternities who participated.
This fall, our Ultra-Violet campaign will be kicked off by the Alzheimer’s Association’s Memory Walk at Nationals Park on October 2nd, 2010. Each year, every sister looks forward to participating in the walk alongside Sigma Kappa alumnae and other supporters of the Alzheimer's Association.

If you would like to support Sigma Kappa, Zeta in fundraising for the Alzheimer's Association through the National Memory Walk or the Sigma Kappa Foundation, please visit our Memory Walk team page at http://tiny.cc/20lyb or contact Ellie Shingleton at gwskphilanthropy@gmail.com to donate. Thank you for your support!
